How to report a Bug for Artyou Globl software

Our Troubleshooting policy is based on 3 different levels of Bugs:

Soft: when there is a noticeable bug but there is another way to do the action and does not prevent the user from using the system.

Critical: when there is a bug that prevents an action and is partial, therefore it harms the client but does not block it from using the rest of the system.

Blocker: when the user can not access the system because of some complex error.

For all reasons, open Submit a Request in the top menu of this page we will sort the Bug and give you a return.
